Our wedding dresses here are the best of the best & we love them all, but sometimes, we secretly have our favourites, and we want to share these secrets with you! So what dress is our Diane’s current favourite…. lets see!
“My favourite dress of the moment….it’s D3144 by Essense of Australia. What I love most about this dress is the neckline. It’s different. I really like the wide square shape with the subtle sweetheart dip. Some brides don’t want a plunge neckline so this shape is great for them. The way the lace from the bodice falls down the hips elongates the waist and creates a really feminine look. The shape looks gorgeous and gives brides a beautiful shape. The back has a double strap look, and I love the way it dips down to the lower back. I love how the buttons extend all the way from the top & stop at the end of the train – which is gorgeous! The lace is really pretty and the shape of the train is a striking feature”
How would you accessorise this dress? – “I would have a really soft hairstyle with this dress, something flowing with a pretty diamanté slide maybe. I would keep the jewellery to a minimum – maybe a small crystal droplet necklace and small, delicate droplet earrings. If you wanted to wear a veil, I would go for a single tier, short veil.”

“There is a lot of gorgeous lace detail on this dress so I would carry this feature into other aspects of the wedding, such as the cake, the stationery, the flowers. Maybe a rustic theme but add some lace detail to bring some softness”

Diane has been here since 2016 and her lovely, sweet nature was an instant hit with us all. Brides always comment on how they never feel rushed or under pressure with Diane. She will always allow a bride to take her time, spend time in each dress getting a feel for it, and encourages a bride to have private moments with her guests to discuss how she feels. She likes to build a relationship with her brides and will come in on her days off to see them for appointments – nothing is too much trouble for her when it comes to her brides, as she knows this is an experience they will want to remember forever. She will make a bride feel completely at ease & her calm nature will make any nerves disappear.
