Our wedding dresses here are the best of the best & we love them all, but sometimes, we secretly have our favourites, and we want to share these secrets with you! So what dress is our Georgie’s current favourite…. lets see!
“My favourite dress of the moment…..Ohhhh it’s the really sparkly one!!! – ML1181 by Martina Liana. The thing I absolutely adore about this dress is the multiple dimensions of lace -it’s made up of beads & sequins which become more apparent the closer you get to the dress. The detail is unreal! The lace on the train is also really unique & is a beautiful continuation of the lace on the dress. The silhouette is just gorgeous and looks amazing on. The low back is a really beautiful feature too. If you are looking for a classic, elegant, luxurious, glamorous, red carpet look for your wedding day then you should definitely try this dress!!
How would you accessorise this dress? – “I would wear a veil with this gown – a long one but only one tier so you can see through to the bottom of the dress. I would also compliment the pearl details on the dress by wearing a simple elegant pearl droplet necklace, pearl stud earrings and a delicate pearl bracelet. I would have a very chic hairstyle, either a low bun or some really nice sleek waves”

“This dress would look FAB with one of our detachable overskirts. So it can be personalised to give you a unique look. It will also add a bit of volume to the bottom of the dress and give you a longer train. An idea would be to have the overskirt on for the ceremony and then remove it for the reception, which would give you two different looks but with the same dress.”

Georgie is the Georgina of Georgina Scott Bridal. She has bridal in her bones and knows all there is to know about finding you the perfect wedding gown. She took a break from bridal to complete a university course at Art’s University Bournemouth where she got her degree in costume with performance design specialising in costume interpretation. This led her to getting some fabulous jobs in the film & TV industry, working on some well known productions. She has recently come back to us here to once again help brides have the bridal experience they deserve. She is perfect at getting to know what a bride is looking for and helping her realise her dream. She always goes the extra mile to make sure each bride leaves the shop with a smile on her face, beaming with confidence & feeling on top of the world!!
